Mandy Update

Hi All :) Well it is done (ok it has been done for a few hours now, but I could not get onto the computer to make this post when I got home). She is doing great. Still a bit out of it, but she has been up and about since I took her out of the recovery room. The best part was when she woke up after the surgery and wanted to suck her thumb, but she couldn't because the oxygen sensor was still on her thumb. I was sure that she was about to pull it off of her thumb if the nurse did not remove it quickly. She is such a cutie. :)

Tomorrow is the day

Yep you read that right, tomorrow is the day that Mandy has to go and have her tubes put in. This is a day that I have been dreading. I know that it is a minor surgery, and there really isn't anything for me to worry about, but dangit I am still her mother and yes I worry. We have to be at the hospital by 6:15am so we have to leave here at the ungodly hour of 5:30am. Well any prayers or good wishes would be great right about now. I will write an update tomorrow when I can think straight.

Oh and before I forget, I have an updated picture for ya'll. I am not crazy about the hat, but it is higher than the one that I had before, so I guess it will do.
